Deconstruction With Restore

Volunteer and Crew Leader Rich Jones removed a window during a deconstruction.

Are you in the process of remodeling your home or business? Before you throw away reusable materials, consider contacting the Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity Restore to get assistance with deconstruction.

The Restore’s deconstruction crew will come to your home or business and help you with the removal of materials that have potential reuse value. Then, the salvaged items will be sold at the ReStore to aid in someone else’s remodeling efforts.

Utilizing the Restore’s deconstruction services has many benefits:

  1. With an experienced deconstruction crew removing materials from your home, you can ensure these materials will be uninstalled efficiently and with care.
  2. Materials that may have ended up in a landfill will be recycled to benefit a new home.
  3. Proceeds from items sold at the ReStore help support Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building affordable homes in Cass and Clay counties.
  4. Anything donated to the Restore may be tax deductible.

Salvageable materials removed with the help of the Restore include floors, doors, signage, cabinetry and more!  It’s as easy as 1-2-3.
